Bright straw yellow with olive green reflections. Fresh expression on the nose of white peach, light flowers and flint, with a hint of yeast and bay leaf on the finish. Smooth notion on the palate, shows clear fruit and a good texture, opens up with gentle drive and lingers for a long time.
