It is a wine made from the grape varieties Schwarzriesling, Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Subtle yeast, orange peel, apple, liquorice and herbal tones. The palate has some body, a vivid, well-integrated mousse and ripe acidity, resulting in an accessible flavour despite the completely dry brut nature. A lovely aperitif.
