Tasting from 11.08.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Radiant, noble and bright ruby red. Very spicy nose of cigar box, toast and smoke, plus fine candied raspberry and mint. Pure and austere on the palate, showing a stoney feel, the fruit stays in the background, coming back steadily salty on the finish, vegetal spicy finish.
