Dark, bright ruby red. Very spicy on the nose, slightly animalistic, with a finish of ripe, rich cherries and repeated peppery spice. Clear and radiant fruit on the palate, underpinned by fine spice, grippy tannins, juicy, slightly salty on the finish, remains full-bodied and long on the palate.
