Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Intense straw yellow colour with a drop of light gold. On the nose, toast, brioche, yeast, hazelnut, golden apple and dried peach pieces, with a slightly lactic aftertaste. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, with fine flavours of café au lait and a lovely juiciness, grown-up but balanced and exciting.
