The rosé wine Confidentielle Rosé AOP Côtes des Provence, vintage 2021 from the winery Figuière has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 93 Falstaff points.
Pale salmon pink, silver reflections. Subtle aromas of cookie and cherry compote, pink peach, hints of almond and lime zest. Juicy, medium complexity, white apple, a touch of oak and a salty-mineral finish. A very well balanced and pleasant food companion.
