Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Discreet wood and a varietal aroma like semolina porridge. In the mouth full of drive, strong alcohol, but also a very vivid acidity, something green in the phenolics, clearly wood-aromatic on the finish. Can still harmonise.
