Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Still closed in the fragrance. Sour cherry, bitter chocolate, pepper. In the mouth a very balanced structure, almost ideal proportions, a soft, full body with mellow tannin lulled by the fruit, chalky-mineral tones give the finish tension and length.
