Initially oxidative in character. Extraordinary, iridescent aroma of ripe yellow stone fruit. Gingerbread spices. Ripe honeydew melon. Vegetal notes too. Rather simple on the palate. Sweet taste with a soft fruity body. Bittersweet finish.
