Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, with silver reflections. It is underlaid with herbal savouriness, plus some white stone fruit, a touch of passion fruit, with a wet stone minerality, and orange zest notes. Juicy, elegant, finely meshed, a balanced acid structure, sweet fruit, with white apple fruit on the finish, and a salty aftertaste. It is a good food wine.
