Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Delicate hints of guava, candied orange zest, lemon balm and white tropical fruit show on the nose. The palate is juicy and firm, with a light-footed, lively acidity structure that has some mineral accents. Finishes on yellow apple with a delicately creamy aftertaste. A good food companion.
