Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with silver reflections. A very inviting bouquet of ripe pear, delicate honeydew melon, some mango and walnut, with a hint of candied orange zest underneath. The juicy palate shows fine fruit expression, a breath of cloves and honey, discreet acid structure and a velvety finish. Its ageing potential for many years is guaranteed, but it is already highly drinkable.
