Lovely hints of wax play around the fresh notes of passion fruit and guava, while lime keeps everything pristine. There is a lovely textural element that really brings out the passion fruit and tropical overtones that makes this so rich and yet so fresh. A rather gastronomic Sauvignon Blanc.
