Tasting Notes
Radiant, shiny ruby garnet colour. Nuances of ripe raspberries, dried rose petals and meadow herbs on the nose, inviting. Polished on the palate, with a hearty fruit core, grippy tannins in many layers give the wine rich depth on the finish.
More about the tastingBright, flint ruby. Initially barrel savoury notes on the nose, then tightens up on nuances of ripe raspberry, dried rose petal and meadow herbs, inviting. On the palate it is polished, with a hearty fruit core and currently still young barrel tannin, good foresight!
