Pale greenish yellow with silver reflections. Nuances of lime and white flowers, fresh stone fruit, exotic fruit – multi-faceted, with a hint of blossom honey. Firmly structured with around 20 grams of residual sugar and crisp acidity in full balance. The wine is mineral, salty and persistent. It has definite ageing potential.
