Tasting from 20.03.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense amber color with orange. Smells of sealing wax, dates, dried apricots, sea salt, salted caramel, also slightly of peach iced tea, elegant notes of hazelnuts on the finish. Very juicy and fresh on the palate, with fine salty undertones and elegant nutty tones, savory, lingers for a long time.
