Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Very strong colour in the glass, strong ochre yellow. Smells of dried pear and apricot, also fine herbs. A powerfully built and relaxed Pinot Gris that stands by its maturity and content, showing creaminess, phenolic richness, strength and character. It can confidently take on many dishes at the table.
