Herbal notes from spontaneous fermentation, fine, cool smoke and stony savouriness on the nose, apple, some quince, tangerine peel. Combines charm with tension on the palate, which is controlled by chalky minerality, the fine residual sweetness is integrated, refined acid vein, good length.
