The sparkling wine Alta Langa DOCG Pas Dosé, vintage 2021 from the winery Garesio has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse and a drop of olive green. Smells of pear mousse, ripe peach, some pineapple and hints of sea salt. On the palate, very dry and vertical, slightly phenolic. It flows beautifully over the palate, racy, and with drive.
