The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Gastone Stefanelli – Spadaio Piecorto has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark ruby red. Clearly spicy bouquet of cassis and dried rose petal, delicate leather tone. On the palate very vivid and grippy, seems still young and unbalanced, on the finish rather drying.
