Tasting from 13.02.2020: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Deep, rich garnet. Slightly vegetal nose, of ivy and bell pepper, chalky, mineral. On the palate very brittle, shows a lot of mineral chalk notes, seems loosely knit, dries out.
