Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Fresh and precise mint and sour cherry on the nose, accompanied by subtle woody notes. In the mouth, the wine is very harmonious, with mellow tannin giving the powerful volume fullness. The base has a subtle oiliness and the acidity remains mild - typical of the vintage - which adds a little sweetness to the fruit. A delight, with some charm.
