The white wine »Reserve« Pinot Gris trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Georg Gustav Huff has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The orange colour suggests skin contact, as does the nose of rosehip and orange. The palate shows vivid phenolics and something medicinal. It's deep, structured and intense, with some pithy, darker tones and a fine acid structure. Very much it's own style, interesting!
