Intense straw yellow with subtle silver reflections. Honey, lavender and white chocolate on the nose, with a hint of peppery spice in the background. Strongly aromatic on the palate, the fruit is clearly expressed, the mousse and acidity remain in the background, the finish is somewhat settled and grippy.
