Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, cherry red. On the nose, dried roses, raspberries, cherries, subtle hints of orange blossom and cold smoke, a touch of red peach. Very polished and round on the palate, salty, full of energy, fine drive and very good overall balance with a savoury note on the finish. Very enjoyable.
