Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Light apricot with a tendency towards straw yellow. Fragrant nose, delicate peach, roasted hazelnut, with fine floral aromas, inviting. Precise and clear on the palate, showing fine salty undertones, with a stony feel, austere and recurrently juicy on the finish, with minimal after-drying.
