Bright golden yellow. On the nose it is pleasantly ripe with notes of nutty nougat, roasted almond as well as brioche, plus ripe citrus fruits and apple. The palate is marked by a rather subtle but lively, fine mousse. Medium persistence, ripe acidity, long aftertaste with herbal notes.
