A pure note of ripe, juicy green apple blends with lemon and fresh yest pastry on the fresh and fragrant nose. A lovely pepperiness sets a spicy accent. The palate is slender and taut, streamlined and elegant. The fine mousse lends subtle, citrussy freshness and just enough creaminess. Beautiful, lemony freshness characterises the long, bone-dry finish. Lovely now but will evolve.
