Pinot Noir aus der PINECONE-Serie – eine Hommage an die Eleganz des Mosel-Pinot Noir. Dieser Wein durchlief eine 18-tägige wilde Gärung auf den Schalen, mit manuellem Abstich und Kaltmazeration zu Beginn und am Ende, um die Tannin- und Farbextraktion zu verbessern. Anschließend reifte er 22 Monate lang in einer Kombination aus neuen französischen Eichenfässern der Küferei Louis Latour und neutralen französischen Eichenfässern.

Medium ruby red in color. On the nose, it immediately lives up to its name. Roasted pine nuts, fresh fir, delicate hay notes. Juicy wild strawberry, cherry and fresh herbal bouquet with thyme and rosemary. Soft and juicy on the palate. Very ethereal, with animating acidity. Tart and vegetal with notes of sour cherry and rosehip. Finely meshed minerality. Tactile phenolics. Elegant and fine.
