The red wine Remelluri Gran Reserva Rioja DOCa, vintage 2005 from the winery Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri has been rated in 2014 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano from the region La Rioja in Spain.
Brilliant dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections. Spicy, black berry fruit, nuances of herbs and precious wood, black cherries and plums, develops well in the glass. Powerful, complex body, ripe black fruit flavours, vivid, well-integrated tannins, chocolatey and persistent, still appears very youthful, has great certain ageing potential for the future.
