Tasting Notes
Slightly reductive nose with spicy undertones. Cinnamon, pepper, cloves, plus liquorice and dark baked fruit. Tight structure on the palate, noticeable tannins, balanced impression.
More about the tastingTempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano. Lots of chocolate on the nose, still closed overall. At the same time round and fresh on the palate, fine tannin, lots of juice and early present herbaceous finish aromas, very good length, combines delicacy with inner firmness and roundness, stylish wine from a warm year - will mature well in the medium term.
More about the tastingSpruce needles and ripe black cherries on the nose. Perfectly judged - nothing overripe or unripe, just very clear and precise. On the palate there's finely orchestrated drive thanks to mellow, fine-grained tannin in sufficient quantity. Lots of juicy fruit makes for length, but one slight reservation - the alcohol shines through a small degree. Great ageing potential.
More about the tastingSpruce needles, ripe black cherry, nothing over- or unripe, appears very clear and precise, on the palate with finely staged pressure, crumbly, fine-grained tannin in medium-high quantity, despite strong alcohol juice and play, in length and homogeneity of the palate structure at the optimum. Great potential.
