Tasting Notes
Granacha Blanca, Rousanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Aligoté. Smells almost like a white Châteauneuf - some wood, anise, liqourice and glue, alongside toasted hazelnut. The palate has noticeable alcoholic power, but also an aromatic, silky stuffing. The body and acidity are tightly interwoven, as is a slight oiliness with the phenolic components. A brilliant composition, leading to a mineral-led finish. Now approaching its peak of maturity.
