Tasting Notes
The nose begins with a delicate petrol note, then changes to floral and earthy tones, some bitter almond, liquorice and lime. The palate is dominated by citric freshness with taut and very vivid acidity. Lean, savoury and tart in composition. Fine phenolic flavour with a mineral, long-lasting finish.
More about the tastingA very individual fragrance that is not at all fruity. Yeast, salty liquorice, cardamom. The palate begins smoothly, then rolls out a powerful, but also cultivated phenolic character, before moving completely onto a tactile, mineral finish. Very thoughtfully made.
