Tasting from 07.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser

Rather restrained on the nose. Fresh citrus notes, peeled almonds, subtle white stone fruits. Nice breadth on the palate with apple and again almond notes. Rather restrained acidity. Medium length but quite pleasant. Ideal base for port & tonic.
