Brilliant light gold with silvery reflections. Bach blossom, Granny Smith apple and peach on the nose, with subtle notes of fresh citrus fruit. Spans the tongue with a middling acidity and stimulating mousse. Finishes with a distinctively sweet fruit body and some tart grapefruit.
