Tasting from 19.10.2017: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, deep color core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Nougat notes with black berries in the background, some caramel, black truffle, dark minerality. Taut, pronounced in fruitiness, black cherries, ripe, structured tannins, peppery touch, very lively structure, savoury and long lasting, still very young, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
