Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, noble garnet. On the nose a trace of fine oak, then cassis and a pinch of spice, discreet ripe bramble fruit towards the end. On the palate juicy core and clear fruit, still very young, slightly salty on the aftertaste, still needs time.
