Tasting from 24.03.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Dried and confit dark forest berries on the nose. Also notes of black cherry and plum and balsamic savoury hints. Medium-bodied on the palate, with soft acidity and dark berry fruit. Slightly noticeable tannin, spicy, medium-long finish.
