Tasting Notes
Pale white-yellow with greenish reflections. Restrained nose, which is currently still characterized by ageing on the lees, but also shows overripe fruit tendencies. Quite sweet on the palate, luscious and cheeky, but with too much minerality to enjoy drinking it now.
