Very light, bright straw yellow with a slightly brightening rim. Medium-bodied expression on the nose, some lemon and flint. Very juicy on the palate, still very young and fresh, crisp with beautiful acidity, builds for a long time and finishes salty and clear.
More about the tastingSparkling, bright straw yellow with green notes. Opens with very present, ripe fruit, full of tree-ripened apple, Williams pear, nutty in the background. Spreads out nicely on the palate, salty and mineral, beautiful play, very polished on the finish.
