Clear, medium yellow colour. Interesting savoury bouquet, clear spontaneous fermentation aromas, concentrated fruit tending towards the tropical, delicate herbal flavours, fennel. Pure on the palate, exciting, naked, enormously mineral, a real cru without compromise, the best Hermannsberger I have tasted so far.
