The white wine »La Roche« Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery GUTGALLÉ Rheinhessen has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Quite ripe aroma with peach, apricot and yellow apple, some mango, but also the typical red-spicy terroir note of the site. The powerful, compact structure is enlivened by a lively acidity, which is also still supported by carbonic acid from the fermentation. Grip, neat phenolics, noticeable minerality, good length.
