Tasting from 03.09.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Fine bouquet of citrus fruits, yellow apples and ripe pears. Nuances of yeast spice and wild herbs. Invitingly fresh on the palate, underpinned by delicate acidity and juicy fruit fullness. Wonderfully pure, animating and agile. Surprisingly full-bodied at a modest 11.5 percent alcohol. You don't have to eat anything with it, but a loaf of the Markgräfler bread specialty "Scharwaie" certainly doesn't hurt.
