Tasting from 01.01.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Dark cherry red. Intense aroma of ripe plums and dark wild berries. This is joined by a light smoky savouriness and notes of strawberry liquorice. Nice richness on the palate, with lush acidity and ripe tannins. Ends on subtle ethereal savouriness notes.
