Deep golden yellow colour, gentle amber reflections. Fresh peppermint leaves, citrus zest, sour-herbal aromas, intense oak spiciness, dark dried fruit notes, multi-faceted aromas, matured nuances. Juicy, sweet apricot confit, sultana, creamy texture, very complex, lingers for a very long time, sweet finish, an elixir. It has certain ageing potential, and can replace any dessert.
