Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fresh orange zest, a hint of meadow herbs, delicate yellow stone fruit, rather restrained bouquet. Medium body, white apple, harmoniously structured, lemony touch, mineral aftertaste, a powerful food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
