A sparkling, intense amber color. On the nose, it offers plenty of ripe and dried fruit, lovely apricot, and a hint of quince. On the palate, it has a lovely sweet smoothness and plenty of apricot; despite its concentration, it also displays a lovely freshness, with notes of pickled raspberries on the finish.
