Light golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, integrated mousse. Subtle notes of vanilla and toast from the barrel ageing, baked apples and a hint of candied citrus zest. Very balanced on the palate, silky stone fruit, pleasant fruit sweetness and integrated wood savouriness with a long lasting, multi-faceted finish.
