Silvery shining white gold in colour. A delicate nose of lemon cream, yellow pear, Reineclaude and fresh baked goods, with some subtle green herbs too. The palate brings a fine mousse and taut, animating acidity of fresh lime over mineral undertones. Salty pastries and grapefruit on the finish. Nice drinking flow.
