Yeasty aromas, flower blossoms and honey notes, yellow stone fruit. On the palate, a creamy but also dynamic mousse, a slender, fresh finish. Not a tart brut nature, but a well-balanced sparkling wine, with a well-integrated acidity and subtle mineral undertones.
